Marc is most widely known for his successes before the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Magistrates’ Court of Bermuda as a criminal defense attorney, having secured numerous acquittals for his clients.

However, Marc has also developed his craft to extend to areas of law that are not as widely publicized on a daily basis. Marc has engaged in Judicial Review applications against the decisions of various Government Boards.

Additionally, Marc has successfully negotiated positive outcomes for clients, whether via a Court Ruling, or via an out of Court settlement in respect of various breach of contract, personal injury, negligence, employment and landlord/tenant disputes.
