MARC G. DANIELS, Managing Director

Marc brings a high level of skill, compassion and insight into his practice, which encompasses all areas of criminal and civil litigation.

Prior to returning to Bermuda from his academic pursuits, Marc worked was afforded the opportunity and privilege to work at the prestigious law chambers of 25 Bedford Row, in London, England as well as Robert Blackford & Co.

Marc received his education from La Universidad de Salamaca in Spain (Certificate in Spanish Language & Culture, 1997), University of Western Ontario, Canada (B.A. – Hons. In Political Science and Spanish, 2000); the University of Kent at Canterbury, in the United Kingdom (LL.B. Hons. 2003) and the College of Law (Solicitors Finals 2004).

In February 2007, Marc was admitted as Barrister & Attorney and Commissioner for taking Oaths and Affirmations, in Bermuda.

Marc served as a Senator and Senate Leader on behalf of the Bermuda Progressive Labour Party.

Marc has been granted the title of Justice of the Peace and he has been declared by the Courts as a Notary Public.

Marc is also an Acting Magistrate in Bermuda.

Marc is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Marc currently serves on the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation. He has previously served on the Board of Governors for the West End Development Company (WEDCO); a Trustee of the Bermuda College; a Board Member of the Sustainable Development Roundtable; a Board Member of the Architects Registration Council; the Bermuda Gaming Task Force; and he has served as Deputy Chair of the Human Rights Commission; and he has served as Chair of the Dental Board Complaints Committee.
